Casa sulla Morella is minimalist modern contemporary home designed by Andrea Oliva architects from Cittaarchitettura, located in Castelnovo di Sotto (RE). This contemporary house design has a rectangular shape of approximately 11 m wide, 34 m long and 6 m tall. Start from simple rectangular shape, flat roof and the use of white and gray palette in its exterior and interior. It visually consists of two elements: the porch made of concrete and finished with white plaster, and the main body inside of it. Large windows that frame a beautiful landscape around it are protected by the depth of the porch during the summer. Big Rock House, a beautiful holiday house with a cool pool and a jetty in Kangaroo Valley
July 27th, 2010Big Rock is a 140 acre property two hours drive from Sydney and Canberra. This project was designed by Edward Szewczyk, an Australian architect born in Poland. The small, intricately detailed, steel house is an place where owners and their friends escape from the city. One of the cool house’s features is a large swimming pools. It’s located right near the lightly suspended steel pavilion and presents itself as a solid sculptural object.
It is the great place to appreciate the nature around. Located on the dam below the pool and on the edge between the water and the forest is the jetty: a steel structure essentially made of two horizontal planes, deck and roof. This house has a garden and beautiful swimming pool, with the main architectural concept was to design a modern house with straight lines and big openings to a flat garden. This enables the natural light to travel through every space of the house, reducing the amount of energy needed to illuminate the house. Large glass surfaces allow an open dialogue with the outside world continuously, without creating a sense of isolation within the home. Lien Residence, a single-storey bungalow house that zig-zags across its triangular site.

The shape helps it to avoid the existing trees and created small courtyard spaces that are sheltered from the weather but allow the entry of light and breezes to the interior and basement level. Called Lien Residence, that was designed by Singapore studio Ministry of Design. Built Returning to the romance of the single-storey bungalow house. Luxury apartments with modern interior design by Robert Mills

This apartment sits atop South Yarra’s development and features amazing views of Melburne’s busy city skyline. The interior arranged as light and airy as possible to highlight owner’s extensive furniture and art collection. The white surfaces and limestone floors can be found across the whole apartment, including all living, bedroom and bathroom areas. Most of storage spaces are built-in so they also don’t spoil the look and airiness of the interior.
